Building Permits

Two types of building permits are required by Village Ordinance. These are:

The construction, or alteration of, one and two family dwellings

The construction, or alteration of, detached structures

PERMITS FOR ONE & TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS

Effective 01/01/2018, a new state law, requires applicants to file an application, for a

building permit, electronically using the website below:
